Who We Are…

We are a TEAM (the A-TEAM) of dedicated health care providers known as physical therapists (or physiotherapists in some parts of the world) who have one goal: To rapidly improve your physical problem.

Andre Botha, RPT, DipMDTPhysical Therapist
Andre graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from the the University of Cape Town in 1991. He gained experience working in Europe, Africa and the United States until he settled in Hawaii and now in Colorado where he has owned private practice clinics. He specializes in outpatient orthopedic manual physical therapy and has earned the highest level of training from the McKenzie Institute. He is an expert at resolving lumbar and cervical spine issues.
Kelli Arbogast

A true Colorado native, Kelli grew up playing outside and climbing trees in Boulder. She moved to Durango in 2016 with her cat, Space, where Kelli graduated from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Psychology. After a number of years as a gymnast, Kelli has found her bliss through yoga, weightlifting and hiking the La Platas. In her free time she enjoys learning about nutrition and soaking in Colorado’s many hot springs!
Kaija Caraway
Kaija CarawayPersonal Trainer and Physical Therapy Technician
Mother, personal trainer and former collegiate athlete. Kaija grew up in southern Oklahoma playing multiple sports, but softball is what she had the pleasure of playing at Southeastern Oklahoma State University while earning her Bachelor’s of Psychology and a minor in Health and Physical Education. Kaija and her husband, Travis, moved to Durango in 2015 with their dog, Pudge and cat, Sissy. In 2017 they welcomed their daughter Aislen into the world and are expecting their second baby Summer 2020. They love exploring the beautiful four corners area, working out together and spending time with friends and family.

When she is not at Ohana Physical Therapy, Gretchen enjoys exploring mountain and desert trails in the Four Corners and beyond. Mother of three, she loves raising her beautiful family.
Gretchen and her donkey Alice recently competed in the Mancos Burro Fest where they were delighted to cross the finish line (last). When she isn’t with Alice or her family, Gretchen spends time caring for her family’s horses, chickens, turkeys, cats, dogs and her field of sunflowers.
