Andre Botha, RPT, DipMDTPhysical Therapist
Andre graduated with a degree in Physiotherapy from the the University of Cape Town in 1991. He gained experience working in Europe, Africa and the United States until he settled in Hawaii and now in Colorado where he has owned private practice clinics. He specializes in outpatient orthopedic manual physical therapy and has earned the highest level of training from the McKenzie Institute. He is an expert at resolving lumbar and cervical spine issues.
Preston Wolff, DPTPhysical Therapist
Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Preston made his way to Colorado to earn his physical therapy degree from Regis University in 2020. He has a passion for vestibular and neurological rehabilitation and prides himself on high-quality manual therapy. When not in the clinic, Preston enjoys spending time with his dog, Ellie, fly fishing, mountain biking, and skiing.
Josh Horrocks, PTAPhysical Therapy Assistant
Josh grew up in Durango and has spent most of his life in the four corners area. Growing up he embraced local outdoor activities like riding horses, dirt biking, mountain biking and hiking. Josh graduated from San Juan College in 2006 with a degree in applied science and became a licensed physical therapist assistant. When he isn’t hiking with his two doggies on the weekends, he enjoys working with his patients and getting to know other members of his community.
Kelli ArbogastOffice Manager
A true Colorado native, Kelli grew up playing outside and climbing trees in Boulder. She moved to Durango in 2016 with her cat, Space, where Kelli graduated from Fort Lewis College with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Psychology. After a number of years as a gymnast, Kelli has found her bliss through yoga, weightlifting and hiking the La Platas. In her free time she enjoys learning about nutrition and soaking in Colorado’s many hot springs!
Gretchen Seashore BothaAdministrator
When she is not at Ohana Physical Therapy, Gretchen enjoys exploring mountain and desert trails in the Four Corners and beyond. Mother of three, she loves raising her beautiful family.
Gretchen and her donkey Alice recently competed in the Mancos Burro Fest where they were delighted to cross the finish line (last). When she isn’t with Alice or her family, Gretchen spends time caring for her family’s horses, chickens, turkeys, cats, dogs and her field of sunflowers.
Kaija CarawayPersonal Trainer
Mother, personal trainer and former collegiate athlete. Kaija grew up in southern Oklahoma playing multiple sports, but softball is what she had the pleasure of playing at Southeastern Oklahoma State University while earning her Bachelor’s of Psychology and a minor in Health and Physical Education. Kaija and her husband, Travis, moved to Durango in 2015 with their dog, Pudge and cat, Sissy. In 2017 they welcomed their daughter Aislen into the world. They love exploring the beautiful four corners area, working out together and spending time with friends and family.
Wyatt HayesPhysical Therapy Technician & Front Desk Coordinator
Wyatt grew up in Ignacio, Colorado where he played football, basketball, and ran track. He recently graduated from Fort Lewis College with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. When he wasn’t busy studying, he was on the basketball court playing for the Skyhawks. He plans to attend graduate school in the near future to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. In his free time, Wyatt likes to enjoy the great outdoors, spend time with family and friends, and is also an avid sports fan. Go Pack Go!
